Stranger Than Most

I have one of those husbands who yells at the TV. Ladies, I KNOW you can relate. After years of politely (and not so politely) telling him that the people on the TV can’t hear him, but I can and I’m sick of his complaining, I’ve decided to fight fire with fire.

Laymen’s Corner

A roman centurion named Cornelius was praying to GOD one time when an angel appeared to him and told him his prayers had come up before GOD for a memorial and he should send to Joppa for one Simon Peter who was staying with a tanner who lived by the sea.

Three Rights Make a Left

Last week the town of Weslaco in the South Texas Velley, received over a foot of rain in three days as did several surrounding communities. Hundreds of homes flooded and a lot of families had to be rescued by boat from their homes. Neighborhoods remained covered with water for days.

Jesus needed to fulfill all scriptures exactly. He sent his disciples to a certain place to bring a mule’s colt to ride on going into Jerusalem. As he drew near to the city, His disciples and followers began to throw palm branches on the path in front of Him.

BE RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS

Lori and I came home from a very long trip to find a wild mallard drake in our yard. It came from the garden pond in our front lawn. He was obviously injured and looked like he couldn’t fly. While I was trying to figure out how to help the injured duck Lori pointed to a sight that was truly amazing.

JESUS’S MINISTRY WHILE HE WAS ON EARTH

As Jesus’ ministry was coming to a close on earth, it was time for more advanced training for the twelve apostles. Jesus gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure all diseases. He sent them out to towns and villages without money, food or extra clothing.
