Four members of the City Council who twice previously voted to terminate the City of Forney’s service and maintenance agreement with Markout Water Supply Corporation did not reconsider their action when the item came up for a third time during last Thursday evening’s regular Council meeting.
Brian Andrews, president of Markout Water Supply Corporation’s board of directors, wants to know why the City Council has cancelled the maintenance and operations agreement the City of Forney had with Markout up until June 6, 2017. And so do the other board members and Markout’s customers.
