Ellen Brooks West Memorial Library Board of Directors Meeting

On March 21, 2019, the Ellen Brooks West Memorial Library Board of Directors met in the main area of the library. The meeting was called to order with a quorum at 7:00 p. m. by President Stormy Lemond, who also led the Pledge of Allegiance. Invocation was spoken by Don Themer.
