Jackrabbit Baseball Wins Bi-District Playoff Series

The Forney Jackrabbits face the Marshall Mavericks in the first round of the 2018 playoffs last week at Mike Carter Field in Tyler, Texas. Forney won the best 2 out of 3 series in 2 games, winning Game 1 3-0 and Game 2 6-0. Jonathan Childress got the call for Game 1.

Lady Jackrabbits Take a Huge Step in Playoffs

It’s not often you face the same team three years in a row in the playoffs. When that team has ended your season two years in a row, you WANT that third matchup. The Lady Jackrabbits got that wish granted last week in the Area Round of the 2018 Softball Playoffs.

NFHS Indoor Percussion Ensemble Brings Home Gold Medal

This past Saturday, April 14th, 2018 the North Forney Indoor Percussion Ensemble competed in the North Texas Colorguard Association Championship to defend their 2017 championship title. The NTCA Championship is the culmination of a season of 5 contests that began in February.
