Texas Rangers Law Enforcement Appreciation Night to Feature Officers with Ties to Forney

In a partnership with the Peace Officers’ Angels Foundation, the Texas Rangers will host its Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Night on March 30, 2019, at their 7:05 game. Two officers, both Forney High School graduates, are scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch that night.

North Forney High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble Qualifies for WGI World Championship

This past Saturday, February 23rd, 2019, the North Forney High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble competed in the WGI Dallas Regional. In addition to earning another 1st place trophy in the World classification, the students earned the highest score of any classification with a finals score of 87.3.
