As we enjoy the blessings of liberty this weekend, remember we are here today because of heroes, people who, from the beginnings of our country to present day, gave all so that we can enjoy freedom.

You wouldn’t be able to lift a 55 gallon drum filled with water. Although you could easily pick up a cleaning bucket filled with water, you wouldn’t want to hold it for a long time. If you tried, it would feel as if it were getting heavier rather quickly.

Have a Second Cup: Coffee Provides Health Benefits

Having that second cup may actually be good for coffee drinkers, according to a discussion of coffee’s preventive and therapeutic benefits to human health in a recent review paper by Texas A&M University researchers.
