The City of Crandall City Council approved the hiring of the city’s newest City Manager, Rob Evans, on May 5, 2025. Mr. Evans, 11-year City Management career started in Texas and eventually migrated to Lamar, Colorado. He is very excited to return home to Texas along with his family.
