Roberta Mae Carroll turned 104 years old on March 2, 2021. On March 6th family and friends participated in a “Drive By” Birthday Party past her downtown Forney home. Everyone who participated decorated their cars with posters, balloons and ribbons in celebration of her milestone birthday.

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) will temporarily change the disinfectant in its water treatment process from March 1 through March 29, 2021. The annual, routine change is necessary to maintain the regional system and year-round water quality.
