North Forney Band Receives Gold Medals at NTCA

On Saturday, April 15th, 2023 the North Forney Indoor Winds & Percussion competed in the North Texas Colorguard Association Championship. The NTCA Championship is the culmination of a season of five contests that began in February.

NFHS Senior Gustavo Rubio, Jr. Named Secondary Student of the Month

North Forney High School senior, Gustavo Rubio, Jr., was recognized at the board meeting for being named secondary Student of the Month. Rubio also received the #Forney-Family Award for his heroic actions in saving a fellow student with the Heimlich maneuver during lunch at NFHS last month.
