Tom Kula, the Executive Director and General Manager of the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), announced today that he is retiring when his current contract expires at the end of this month. Kula told the Board of Directors he will support a smooth and orderly transition.

As we inch closer to May and with the declaration that schools may be out for the year, many seniors are facing the reality that they will miss many traditional senior rites of passage like proms, dances, graduation ceremonies and graduation parties. Seniors, I have great compassion for you.
