Forney ISD Dual Language Academy will Transition to Ed Wilson Elementary

At the March Board of Trustees meeting, Forney ISD announced that Ed Wilson Elementary will become the Dual Language Academy campus beginning in the Fall of 2024. The program is currently located at Criswell Elementary school and will continue to serve as the campus next school year.

A Life Well Lived

This past week, Forney lost one of its beloved lifelong citizens - my friend Marilou Quinn. Marilou embodied the spirit of the Forney Community. She was a loving, wonderful Christian woman who was born, raised, and educated in Forney, graduating as the Salutatorian of her class.
