Trinity Valley Community College Beef Cattle Show Team wins big at the 56th National Charolais Show held at the Fort Worth Stock Show on Saturday, Feb. 1.
The Beef Cattle Show Team brought home multiple awards including National Reserve Junior Champion bull, third in a large class of Junior bull calves, and first place in both the Breeder Herd and the Group of Five Head.
“The competition was extremely tough with many entries from across the country competing,” TVCC Beef Cattle Show Team Sponsor Marc Robinson shared. “Our show team did a great job and brought home the awards.”
SKS NORTH OF RICHMOND 59L won first in Junior Yearling Bulls and National Reserve Junior Champion bull. He was shown by Riley Davenport from Kemp, TX.
SKS CHECKMATE 08M won third in Junior Bull Calves and was shown by Cesar Sanchez from Jacksonville, TX.
TVCC MS LINDSEY 2410 P won fifth in Junior Heifer Calves and was shown by Bryan Arellano from Jacksonville, TX.
