Building development is sprouting with 98 new housing & 40 rental permits approved in April & May. Meritage Homes is coming into River Ridge North. The Cotton Gin & Gorditas El Rancho are opening in June; Dollar Tree in July; Domino’s in September. The final plat has been approved for O’Reilly Auto Parts with building to begin soon.
