The Democratic and Republican Primary Elections wrapped up on March 5, 2024, with State Representative Keith Bell beating Josh Feuerstein 9,055 to 2,595 according to unofficial election results at the time of press. Bell has served his constituents in this capacity since 2019 and says he is looking forward to continuing his work for the people of House District 4. “I’m humbled and grateful to the voters of Kaufman and Henderson County for entrusting me with their support as the Republican Nominee for House District 4,” State Representative Bell comments. “Your encouragement and confidence were instrumental in this achievement. This nomination is a testament to our past five years of hard work and conservative victories. Thank you to my wife Annette, my daughters Kate and Sarah, and my entire family for their love and sacrifice during this time. As we prepare for the General election in November, I call upon our party to unite in support of our Republican candidates up and down the ballot in the fight to uphold conservative values and principles!”
In the race for Kaufman County Sheriff, current Sheriff Bryan Beavers passed Rodney Evans with 6,165 votes to 2,462 according to results available at the time of press.
