Colin A. Ballard, son of Donald and Jennifer Ballard of Forney, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a freshman at Forney High School and a member of Troop
339. He has held leadership positions in his troop including Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, and OA Troop Representative. For his service project, Colin repaired and refurbished the Texas Historical Markers in Forney.
