The Forney High School Wind Ensemble, under the leadership of Director of Bands Mr. Cody Newman, placed 5th overall in the state of Texas in class 5A!
The Texas Music Education Association Honor Band competition is a state level competition.
The Forney High School Band has ranked in the top 10 State 5A competition on the marching field and in the concert hall this year.
