Thank You, Forney!

Once again, the Forney Family and Community stepped up and showed how much they love and take care of the teachers and students in Forney ISD. Saturday, April 1, 2023, the 5th Annual Gala occurred and was a rousing success!

This event highlighted the support given to the Forney Education Foundation by our community partners. Forney Education Foundation also had the pleasure to present the Teachers of the Year from all the campuses in Forney. In alphabetical order by campus these amazing teachers are as follows: Blackburn E.S. Maleny Melchor, Brown M.S. Gieshia Luckey, Claybon E.S. Joan Garrett, Criswell E.S. Blanca Lester, Crosby E.S. Lori Malandruccolo, Griffin E.S. Mycah Goldsmith, Henderson E.S. Kelli Parker, Jackson M.S. Corey Graves, Johnson E.S. Payton Marsh, Lewis E.S. Anna DiGirolamo, North Forney H.S. Angelique Arteaga, Rhea I.S. Kimberly Kelly, Rhodes I.S. Kelly Redding, Smith I.S. Chelsea Smith, Warren M.S. Tiffany Olson, and Willett E.S. Melissa Bereuter. And one of the highlights of the evening was announcing the District Teachers of the Year-Elementary Teacher of the Year for 2022-23 is Kimberly Kelly and Secondary Teacher of the Year 2022-23 is Corey Graves.
