Did you also know September is home to National Grandparents Day, National Cheese Pizza Day and National Drink a Beer Day? Cheers!

With summer coming to an end, September is definitely a time of changes. But the weather is still lovely and warm. Fruits and veggies are at their peak. The leaves are beginning to change color, and we get to see old friends who may have traveled or been away during the summer months. So there is always something to be thankful for.

“Autumn seemed to arrive suddenly that year. The morning of the first September was crisp and golden as an apple.” – JK Rowling, Harry Potter “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald “September was a 30 days long goodbye to summer, to the season that left everybody both happy and weary of the warm, humid weather and the exhausting but thrilling adventures.” – Lea Malot “I love September, especially when we’re in it.” – Willie Stargell Have a salubrious September!
