THE FOOTPRINTS OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH TIME

Moses was tending sheep near the mountain of GOD when he saw a burning bush that did not burn up. Moses was amazed at the sight and came near to investigate. As he approached, GOD spoke to him and said, “Do not come near; take off your shoes because you are standing on holy ground.” When Moses knew that it was GOD speaking, he was scared and hid his face.

This was the time and place when GOD began to prepare Moses to go back to Egypt and free His people, Israel.

GOD knew that since the fall of mankind they received a nature against GOD and His righteous-ness. He chose people for special service who were in trouble or were guilty of evil and could not help themselves or were of the lowest social status.

GOD chose and sent Moses to free His people from bondage in Egypt. He gave Moses the power to send plagues in Egypt against some of their gods. GOD’S plan was to punish the people of Egypt and destroy their army so Israel would be safe after they left. Israel also took great amounts of their gold, silver, and clothing as pay for their slavery to the Egyptian people.

BOTTOM LINE: GOD’S plan from creation to the end of time is perfect and cannot be changed. Maybe we should quit trying to help and just say, “here I am”……AMEN
