MORE SIGNS OF THE TIMES

Jesus said: There will be wars and rumors of wars that must come to pass before the end comes. Matt. 14:6.

While some fighting continues around the world we are hearing rumors of a major war about to break out. We only read the newspapers and listen to the news, but we should also take note of the “SIGNS OF THE TIMES RECORDED IN THE BIBLE”. It seems many Christians pay more attention to what they see and hear than what GOD says in His Holy Word (the Bible). Temptations seem to be increasing. Sin has always been around but in times past we were not world travelers like we are now. We just could not get to all the sins available.

I have sat and watched ball games with many thousands in the stands. I wondered if at that moment Jesus called His Church up to meet Him in the air how many out of those thousands would go? Would the game continue as usual? Would anyone even notice people were missing?

Some people are trying to find other ways to go to Heaven. There are many “gods” all around, but I can only find one that can be traced back to the time of creation. When GOD sent His Son to die for the sins of the world He was given the earthly name of Jesus. His Heavenly name is Christ. When people accept Jesus as their personal savior they are on a straight and narrow road to Heaven. By His Spirit Jesus Christ can be in both places at the same time. Having Jesus in our hearts makes the things of the world seem unimportant.

BOTTOM LINE: When we get “down” we can look up. Jesus is always there to listen to our troubles. He will lead us through them so we are often more mature at the end………AMEN
