WHAT CHRISTIANS CAN SMILE ABOUT?
Christians can smile when they know that they have already obtained eternal life because they have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. Christians can smile because their lives are kept by the hand of GOD Himself and nothing can take them out of His hand. Christians can smile when they remember that this life is like a puff of smoke when compared to the next life (eternal life). Christians can smile when trouble comes because that tells them that they are still safe in GOD’S hand.
A smile is like magic. A smile changes ones appearance outside and inside and most of the time changes other people so they don’t see all the ugly spots people have.. Sometimes a smile can create new friendships and enrich two lives.
A frown is a downer. It causes those who see it to recall their own troubles. A frown can make enemies even of strangers. A frown can sometimes cause anger to come out and even cause a fight. That is only a fraction of the things a Christian’s frown can cause. Jesus said let your light (smile) shine before the world to reveal Jesus’ love for the world.
BOTTOM LINE: Christians should not show their own troubles to the world but show GOD’S love for the world. Remember the only thing people can see is the outward appearance of Christians……AMEN
