On Friday, January 7th, 2022, Forney Police conducted surveillance on a residence in the 200 block of Giddings in Forney, TX. Three subjects with warrants for attempted murder out of Louisiana were known to be at the residence.

One person left the residence in a vehicle showing to have attached warrants. Forney police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driv-er was identified as one of the wanted suspects, 21-year-old Clinton Duplechin of Winnsboro, Louisiana. Duplechin was taken into custody without incident. He advised the other two suspects were inside the residence.

Forney Police set a perimeter around the residence and called for the two suspects to come outside. The two suspects exited the residence and fled on foot to a nearby new residence not yet occupied. After a short time, both suspects surrendered, exiting the residence. Both were taken into custody without incident. They were identified as 19-year-old Terrance Richardson of Forney, and 17-year-old Tyrell Richardson of Winnsboro, Louisiana. All suspects were taken to the Forney City Jail where they await arraignment.
