The Forney Lions Club recently came to Forney ISD and provided free eye exams and glasses for students in Forney ISD! The Forney ISD Health Services Department referred 80 students in need of professional evaluation and free glasses to the event. The Lion’s Club was able to secure two doctors to provide the evaluations.
The Forney Lions Club has provided the free eye exams and eyeglasses for Forney ISD students for a number of years. The exams were conducted at the Forney ISD Central Administration building on Wednesday, October 27.
Forney ISD would like to take this opportunity to thank the Lion’s Club, Forney ISD nurses, Forney ISD transportation department and Forney ISD Synergy students for making this event so amazing.
