Audrey Goode Stinson, 46, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on September 19, 2021, in Tyler at Mother Francis from effects of Covid-19 after fighting for 5 1/2 weeks. She was born February 16, 1975, in Dallas, Texas, to Shirley Jean Goode and the late Earle Henry Goode.
Memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Wills Point.
Audrey was a graduate of Forney High School, Class of 1993, and married Kenneth Stinson on March 26, 1994. They have three children in high school and have lived around the world, from Colorado, Germany, Kentucky, and San Antonio, Texas.
Audrey was kind, compassionate, and always had her door open to friends and family. She had been employed by Wills Point Performing Arts and was currently employed by Wills Point Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Audrey enjoyed being with her family, serving in the church and performing in/ supporting local arts.
Audrey is survived by her husband, Kenneth Stinson, of Wills Point; son, Brandon, two daughters, Amelia and Tara, of Wills Point; mother, Jean Goode, of Canton; two brothers, Thomas Goode (Ruthie) and David Goode, of Canton, and two sisters, Aimie Bowers (Joel) of Pensacola, FL and Abby Hyatt (James) of Rush Center, Kansas.
