Should we pray for GOD to heal and restore America, or should we pray for GOD’S will to be done?

What would it mean if GOD did restore America back like it was? First GOD would have to change so many things that most Americans would not know how to respond to it. I think this Country has been changed so much in the last two generations that everyone except the old people would not know how to act. It doesn’t do any good to point the finger at “THEM” and say they did it. The truth is the Devil did it. Anytime the true Christians grow cold toward GOD and the Churches grow weaker, it opens the door a little for the Devil to come in and destroy Christian influence in the Country. Unless Christians let their spiritual light shine before the world, the world has nothing to see different from their lifestyle.

What if the things happening in America are within GOD’S will as He begins to finish His plan for the world as it is now? When Jesus was in the garden just before He was arrested, He prayed for GOD to remove that cup from Him. But He always added the words, “Not my will but yours be done.” If Jesus prayed like that, shouldn’t we pray like that too?

BOTTOM LINE: Jesus paid the ultimate price for our salvation. Shouldn’t we be willing to go through a tiny bit of troubles for Him? Let’s think about that for a while……AMEN
