JESUS HAD COMPLETE CONTROL OF HIS PHYSICAL BODY WHILE HE LIVED ON THIS EARTH.
As humans we sometimes lose control when we get mad or when we are hungry. We also sometimes give in to the many temptations that are all around us 24/7. Jesus gave us an example when He would not give in to sin when Satan tempted Him for forty days just after His Baptism. Humans do not have the power to resist all temptations which comes to them. BUT, when a person is born again and receives the gift of the Holy Spirit He will give us the power we need when we obey His instructions for our daily living. Obeying GOD is the key to living a life that is pleasing to GOD. We will never be perfect while we live on this earth, but we can still serve GOD and have joy and peace in our lives. That does not mean our lives will be perfect, but we will have a measure of joy and peace in our lives. The blessings that come when we serve GOD would fill a book.
BOTTOM LINE: It is not easy to get ourselves out of the way, but GOD can use us in His service when we do……AMEN
