Decorating is in full swing for The Mardi Gras Gala benefiting the Forney Education Foundation. It occurs Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Hidden Creek in Heath. This wonderful night will ultimately assist the students and teachers in Forney ISD through the teacher requested grants and the Dual Credit Advantage Plus Program--and we sold out once again!
Hidden Creek is a relatively new venue located in Heath with great on-site amenities that help everybody celebrate! The main room will be filled with green, purple, and gold: tables decorated with either fresh flower arrangements, light up balloon centerpieces, or Mardi Gras tablescapes. Every one is going to enjoy outside food service to take advantage of the weather--and we’ll all have a great time on the dance floor!
The Foundation has planned a fun evening for the attendees with Casino Games, Silent Auction items including the Incredible Edibles Table, Live Auction Items, Wine Pull, and Raffle Baskets from all the FISD campuses. Now, if you are one of the lucky ticket holders, all of these activities are open to you. And if you are supporting FEF from home, you can still participate in bidding on the Silent Auction and Incredible Edible Tables!
