MUSIC
We need to have a little happiness around this country and in our neighborhood. One place to start is with music. There are those who can sing, and those who can play music. Those who cannot do either one of those can hum (when no one can hear). Almost everyone can play a radio or record player. Music has been used to uplift the spirit of people throughout history. We have music to start our Church services, and music to invite people to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior and end the service. Music is really a part of our lives.
Within the past year we have seen some bad times and events happening in our country and around the world. It has been hard to find a place to rest from ev erything. There is a place “or person” where people can go and find complete rest. The person’s name is Jesus Christ and He will receive anyone who will come to Him for forgiveness of sin and “real” rest we need so bad. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, 29, 30: COME UNTO ME ALL WHO LABOR AND ARE HEAVY LADEN AND I WILL BIVE YOU REST. TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU AND LEARN OF ME FOR I AM MEEK AND LOWLY IN HEART AND YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. MY YOKE IS EASY AND MY BURDEN IS LIGHT.
BOTTOM LINE: That promise is real and from GOD Himself. It cannot be changed or altered in any way. If you want real rest go to the source. You will be glad you did…………..AMEN
