Five Lone Star Conference women’s soccer teams were undefeated with Angelo State and St. Mary’s picking up two wins each. DBU, Texas A&M-Commerce and West Texas A&M went 1-0 as all three picked up conference wins.

LSC women’s soccer teams split into two divisions, one with six teams and one with seven, and will play a single round-robin schedule. Teams in the seven-team division will have one non-conference game versus a league team for seven total games, while the six-team division will play up to three additional nonconference games against conference opponents. All 13 women’s soccer teams will advance to the LSC Women’s Soccer Championship with first round matches on April 3 followed by quarterfinals on April 6, semifinals on April 10 and the championship match on April 13.

Cassidy Hill was a major part of the Belles backline and played a crucial role in holding Lubbock Christian to just one goal in two matches. LCU registered seven total shots in both matches combined as Hill led a defense that kept the Lady Chaps out of the 18-yard box for much of the 180 minutes. The Belles have given up one goal in three matches leading to a 3-0 start to the Spring 2021 season.
