Forney Jackrabbits came oh, so close to upsetting favored Corsicana Friday night at City Bank Stadium. The visiting Tigers took a 14—0 lead into the halftime break, but the Rabbits came back with two touchdowns and 14 points in the second half to make it exciting; however, Corsicana had a 60 yard pass and PAT kick left in the tank and took the final 21—14. The Forney guys led in 1st downs, and the two teams were about even in rushing and passing yards; however Forney did lose a fumble in this defensive battle!
