GOD is in control of America, He is also in control of every other country in the world. That has been true since the world was created. GOD’S plan was made before anything was created. That plan is still in motion and will be carried out exactly like it was planned. Adam was made the steward of the earth and that responsibility is passed on to us. Adam was created to have fellowship with GOD and was told to subdue the earth and all beings in it. He was told to “till” the Garden of Eden. That means his body was created to work and not lay around with his mouth open for GOD to feed him.
We have inherited Adam’s charge and also his new nature he received when he fell from GOD’S grace by eating the forbidden fruit. The nature we have inherited demands that we rebel against GOD and refuse to do His will. When a person is “saved”, they receive another nature to once again have fellowship with GOD. The first nature from Satan is left with the saved person to grow in grace and lead others to Jesus for salvation.
Being saved by GOD’S grace is like a soldier behind enemy lines. The enemy (Satan) will have their weapons ready to fire 24/7. The armor we are given for protection is listed in the Bible in Ephesians: chapter 6. This armor is not for physical guns and weapons, but for the things Satan and his host of demons fire at us. Temptations are everywhere in our daily lives. We can see in the last several decades how much things have changed with regard to sin and temptation. Each time we turn on our TVs, computers, cell phones, and everywhere else, we have to wade through the world’s sinful state.
BOTTOM LINE: We still need GOD 24/7. That is not an option……AMEN
