FORNEY, TX – On January 12, 2020 at about 0345 hours, a concerned citizen reported suspicious activity in the Fox Hollow neighborhood. Multiple officers with the Forney Police Department responded to the area and began patrolling for the suspects. We were assisted by multiple deputies with the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department. Forney Patrol Officers located one of the suspects and detained him. Kaufman County Sheriff’s Deputies located the suspect’s vehicle. Investigation revealed that the suspect was in possession of illegal narcotics and stolen property. The suspect also provided a false name to officers. The suspect was ultimately identified as Tamondre Brown, a 21-yearold subject of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Brown has been charged with Texas Penal Code 30.04 Burglary of Vehicles, a Class A Misdemeanor, Texas Penal Code 38.02 Failure to Identify, a Class B Misdemeanor, and Health and Safety Code 481.125 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.
