Forney High School Cheer Wins Big at 2019 NCA State of Texas Championship

The weekend of December 14th, the Forney High School Competition Cheer team took on the 2019 NCA State of Texas Championship. They competed in the “Spirit” division which is a new division comprised of cheerleaders, dancing, mascot, and drumline competing their traditional fight song, a band chant, and a cheer. FHS currently holds the National title in this division, so they have been working hard to continue to grow as a team! They placed first in every category on Sunday, and even won two specialty awards.
