Jackrabbits Lose to Corsicana in Hard Fought Game

The weather was awful, but the crowd didn’t stop cheering as the Forney Jackrabbits took on the Corsicana Tigers. The Jackrabbits were 2-6 for the season and 1-5 in District 8-5A DII.

The night started rainy, cold and windy.

Corsicana started the night off with the ball with a 3 and out. Their drive wasn’t over after that punt. With a fumble by the Rabbits, Corsicana regained possession on Forney’s 31 yard line. Forney’s defense came to play, forcing a turnover on downs after an incomplete pass on 4th down.
