Kaufman County, Texas – Three individuals have been arrested in connection to a string of vehicle burglaries in the Windmill Farms and Devonshire communities. Approximately 10 vehicle burglaries were reported to KCSO over a span of two weeks. With the help of social media, the three individuals were identified from surveillance video while allegedly using a stolen credit card from one of the burglaries.
On August 7, 2019 Donald Bailey, 21, of Dallas was arrested and charged with: 1 charge of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, 3 charges of burglary of a vehicle, and one charge of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. Bailey remains in custody of the Kaufman County Jail; bond has been set at $42,500.
