Celebrating its 16th Anniversary this year, the Forney Education Foundation exists to provide support for Forney ISD students with scholarships and teachers with innovative teaching grants. The foundation strives to advance Pre K-12 education achievement through the Dual-Credit, Advanced Placement (AP) and Career and Technology Certifications (CTE) scholarships for qualifying high school students.
Serving as a catalyst for educational excellence, the Forney Education Foundation will contribute more than $125,000 to the Forney Independent School District this year. Since 2004, the Forney Education Foundation has awarded more than $2 million to Forney ISD students and teachers thanks to the many great businesses and community partners that have financially supported the foundation.
