(1) Feed GRANDKIDS breakfast; play games/ entertain; squeeze/hug GRANDKIDS good-bye; check day’s necessities; hit the highway to Globe Life Park in Arlington; secure “usual” parking spot; show tickets for entry/free Rangers T-shirt; gorge at “allyou-can-eat-buffet” while watching Rangers from private (sort of) seats at a little round table outside; cheer them on to victory over the Oakland Athletics, arch-rivals at this time, 10—5. The Rangers scored three in the 1st inning and two in the 2nd, but the Athletics fired back with four runs in the 4th inning.
