Joyce Rosales, the school nurse at Criswell Elementary School was named the Forney ISD Nurse of the Year for the 2018-2019 school year. Stacie Brown, the Forney ISD Coordinator of Health, Wellness & Safety presented Ms. Rosales with the honor during a ceremony celebrating all Forney ISD school nurses on Wednesday, May 8.
In addition, Forney ISD also recognized Amanda Williams with the Rookie of the Year Award. Ms. Williams is in her first year with Forney ISD as the school nurse at Blackburn Elementary School.
