Sandra Mott, 71, passed away in Forney in October 2019.
Sandie was born in Ohio and lived there until her midtwenties. Deciding to make a fresh start, she announced she was moving to Texas -- which was a surprise since she knew no one in Texas, had no job, no place to stay and had never been to Texas.
She did, however, have a “can-do” attitude that served her well.
She carved a successful and happy life in her new home and loved being a Texan.
Sandie was smart, hardworking, caring and generous. She greeted everyone with a smile, had a quirky sense of humor, and tackled any problems with that fiesty, can-do attitude.
Sandie leaves behind family in North Carolina, Ohio and Florida. We love her and we miss her.
