    This past Saturday, February 23rd, 2019, the North Forney High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble competed in the WGI Dallas Regional. In addition to earning another 1st place trophy in the World classification, the students earned the highest score of any classification with a finals score of 87.3. Across the country there were four WGI Regionals held the same day as the Dallas Regional. All Regionals use the same scoring criteria and over 90 percussion groups performed. The NFHS Indoor Percussion Ensemble earned the highest score of any WGI Regional competition in the nation on Saturday.
