Mesquite Middle Schools District Cross Country Meet
This week wrapped up the final stretch for the Warren Warriors Cross Country Teams. Warren was among 11 other schools to compete at the district meet. The fields at Eastfield College were muddy, and the Warriors faced strong, gusty winds. Despite these factors, the Warriors pushed through and finished strong as a family. The 7th & 8th grade girls’ teams captured district championships for the second year in a row. The boys held on strong and gave everything they had setting many personal records. The Warren Warriors Cross Country teams lived up to their motto for the Jackrabbits: “Run as One, Work as a Team, Finish as a Family.”
