The Forney Freshmen football teams played Royse City at home on Thursday night, September 27th.
Black Team
The Freshmen Black team was able to start the scoring in the first half with a strong running game. After the half, the Jackrabbit offense scored again to make it 12-0. However, the extra point was blocked and the Bulldogs returned it for two points to make it 12-2. Royse City then scored on their next possession to make it 12-8. The Jackrabbits responded with another touchdown to stop any comeback that the Bulldogs were hoping to make. Freshmen Black won 20-8 to improve their record to 3-1.
