Who can we trust? Who tells the truth all the time? Who is perfect? Trust is a personal belief in the intent and actions of another. There are some friends and relatives that we consider to be completely honest and trustworthy. That may be true but sometimes things happen to cause that person to fail and not be so trustworthy.
When a person first comes to know GOD and begins to learn about Him, the first thing to learn is that GOD is perfect and will never change. If GOD loves a person today, He will love them in eternity. Learning about and trusting GOD is not as easy as it sounds. First, no one can love someone else without first knowing them. The first time people come to know GOD is when they accept Jesus as their personal savior and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit who moves into the soul and puts a seal around it. If a person has not had that experience, loving GOD is impossible. We can never love someone we don’t know. We can do good deeds our whole life and still not go to Heaven. Physical acts without GOD’S direction, is filthy rags in His sight.
