Sammy Lloyd Eacret, 59, of Clearlake, CA (formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas) passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018. Sammy was raised in Forney, TX by James Patterson & Gloria F. (Allred) Eacret. Sammy was an automotive service advisor. He was preceded in death by his father. Sur vivors include his wife, Debbie Eacret; mother, Gloria Eacret; son, Chas Eacret; sister & brother in law, Pam & Scott Sanders; stepdaughters & son in law, Dena Guinn, Angie & Josh Wade; brother in law & wife, Robert & Jean Ann Thompson; grandchildren, Eli & Haylee Wade; other relatives, loved ones and friends. Ser vices were held at 1 pm, Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Interment followed in Monroe Cemetery. Pallbearers were Josh Wade, Robert Thompson, Rich Ogulin, Eli Wade, Brian Dameron, Jeremy Wade. Honorar y pallbearers were Nick Thompson and Scott Sanders. The family was at the funeral home Friday evening from 5-7 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
