The second annual Texas Monthly MeatUp was held last weekend, June 9, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. Six BBQ Pitmasters and six chefs were invited to attend this regional event held at Pearl Stable.
Forney’s very own, 4-T’s Bar-B-Q and Catering was one of the featured Pitmasters. Mike Thomas, along with the other “3-Ts”, Cyndi Thomas, Kyndra Thomas and Brittany Thomas-Oakley served approximately 600 guests at this event. Mike and Crew served up Brisket Sliders, Pork Tacos and Banana Pudding Shooters.
