Former Forney player, Evan Gattis, hits long 10th homer of season!

On last Thursday evening at about 5:00 p. m. my son, Weston Themer, and I began our journey to Arlington to see the Texas Rangers Baseball Team defeat their “crossstate” rivals, the Houston Astros. Unfortunately, that did not take place!
We arrived at our accustomed paid place at the back of an office building under a tree, talked to the attendant, who offered us snow cones, which we turned down, and walked briskly to the stadium and arrived at the home plate gate just as the big raindrops began to splatter down.
