North Forney Baseball Unable to get the offense rolling in loss to Highland Park

The Highland Park Scots jumped out to an early lead Tuesday night against North Forney and never looked back as they took the series opener 5-2.

The Falcons were unable to get the offense going despite having runners in scoring position six of the seven innings, including seven walks on the night. However they able to muster two runs, once in the 5th when Kyle Hogwood came in to score on a bases loaded walk to Matthew Sieber. In the 7th Jordan Carroll scorched a ball to centerfield to lead off the inning, and later scored on a Hogwood sac-fly.
