Forney Chamber of Commerce names Citizen of the Year, Helping Hands awards

FORNEY, Texas — The Forney Chamber of Commerce named the 2017-18 Citizen of the Year and Helping Hands awards during their annual banquet on Thursday. The award candidates were nominated earlier this year and selected through a vote by the chamber members.
