Judy Kay Frazier of Rockwall, born July 2, 1951, passed away December 27, 2017. Judy was a light among the dark. Judy struggled with liver and kidney disease for many years and now she is at peace and no longer suffering. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Dimples Bradshaw; sisters, Donna Keeble Henderson and Jimmie Joyce Keeble Bosley; children, Jason Lee Gowen; and nephew, J. D. Miller. She is survived by children and their spouses, Johnita Gowen Salerno (Brad) and Nathan Buck Frazier (Julie); and Daughter-in-law Christina Tanner; grandchildren, BriAnne Gowen-Tresp and spouse Greg Tresp, Max Gowen, Lexi Gowen, Audrey Salerno and Olivia Tanner; great grandchild, Piper Lee Tresp; brotherin- law, George Hughes; sisters, Charlotte Hughes and Terry Lynn Speckmann, and many nieces and nephews. Judy was loved and will forever remain in our hearts. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, January 5, 2018 at 10am.
