Forney City Council selects former Waxahachie CM for interim position, pending background

FORNEY, Texas — The Forney City Council voted to select former Waxahachie City Manager Paul Stevens to the interim city manager position on Tuesday night, pending a background investigation.

The selection came after an executive session at the beginning of their regularlyscheduled meeting.
